Natalja Frolova has been actively developing and contioniously improving her outstanding language skills for over 15 years now by studying, living and working in English speaking countries.

In 1998 she has completed ASLA Language School course in London, UK. In 2000 she moved to Sydney, Australia. There she has completed Business and Academic English cources at Embassy CES International Language School and after that obtained diplomas from Martin College (Diploma of Hotel Management and Tourism) and Charles Sturt University (Bachelor in Business Studies). While studing Natalja has always been working in customer service, which she really liked due to her great social skills and friendliness.

When she has returned to Tallinn, she started working in logistics sector, where she was translating legal documents and interpreting at the meetings. In 2010 she has completed her Masters Degree in English Philology at Euroülikool in Tallinn, Estonia. After that she began working in Marketing and Advertising field in English as a project manager and then as a marketing manager.

Eventhough Natalja has been very busy with full time work and study, she often been asked for help with English by people in her circle of friends and family. Due to a very limited time for teaching, Natalja has worked out fast teaching methods, which prooved to be quick and successful.

In 2015 she decided to start her own company specialising in language teaching, so she can share and pass on her language skills and knowledge to others, to pay it forward.

She enjoys teaching as she succeeds at it and also because she sees that there is so much space for improvising and improving the available teaching methods.
